This was a project I was part of with my team at The Engine Is Red. TASI Bank, the USA branch of the Bank of Guam, approached us with a need for a website that would establish their presence in the Bay Area, and reflect their strong personality and values that help them stand apart from other banks.
Vector illustrations and animation were a good fit for TASI Bank’s values of being unapologetically unique, and being a friendly face to those in search of commercial or industrial loans who have been turned down by other banks.
We created a flat vector illustration style based around TASI Bank’s color palette of oranges, pinks, and blues and greens. We translated this style into animated imagery centered around Bay Area landscapes and lifestyles in order to communicate TASI Bank’s values of hope and aspiration visually.
